- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support at lufioutfit@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Step 4: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
